Refund policy
- If the product is damaged from shipment, a notification will be sent within the first two business days mentioning the situation and attaching the requested documentation.
- Send corresponding documentation (product image, situation, shipping guide number and order number).
- If the product error was caused by the company, it will be resolved for the benefit of customers.
- Send evidence within a period not exceeding 3 business days after receiving the package.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
