Return Policy

  1. If the product is damaged from shipment, a notification will be sent within the first two business days mentioning the situation and attaching the requested documentation.
  2. Send corresponding documentation (product image, situation, shipping guide number and order number).
  3. If the product error was caused by the company, it will be resolved for the benefit of customers.
  4. Send evidence within a period not exceeding 3 business days after receiving the package.
