Smothie Bowl

Ingredients

1 tza of red fruits

1/4 tza of milk from your preference

2 tiles of Greek yogurt without sugar

Monk Fruit or your favorite sweetener

1/2 raspberry dust pack from @liomartmexico

 

Toppings: 

Lyophilized fruit of @liomartmexico strawberry and banana. That gives a crunchy touch

Chia seeds

It is very simple is to put the ingredients in the blender mix everything. Make small pauses so that everything is integrated correctly.

It will remain as a snow consistency.

You can also add fresh fruit, or grated coconut, almonds, nuts, nuts
